Marwood designs and sells premium marble and wood tables, along with home decor pieces such as vases and candles, handcrafted in Faisalabad, Pakistan. Our showroom is located at Al Fateh Plaza, Susan Road, Madina Town, Faisalabad.

Orders are confirmed and processed strictly upon receipt of advance payment as outlined below. No order is considered final until payment is received and confirmed by our team.

• Orders under PKR 50,000: full payment is required upfront.
• Orders above PKR 50,000: 50% advance payment is required to confirm the order, with the remaining 50% due before delivery.
• We currently accept payment via bank transfer only. Cash on Delivery is not available.
• Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

We accept custom orders for size, color, and design. Custom pieces follow the same payment structure above unless otherwise agreed in writing at the time of order. Because these items are made to your specification, custom orders are non-cancellable and non-returnable once confirmed, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

All prices are listed in PKR. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but the price confirmed at the time of your order will be honored for that order.

• Standard delivery is 7–15 working days from order confirmation.
• We currently deliver nationwide within Pakistan only; international shipping is not available at this time.
• Delivery charges are not included in product pricing and vary depending on your location and order size — the exact charge will be confirmed with you before dispatch.

Marble and granite are natural stones. Variations in color, shade, and veining are inherent characteristics of natural stone and are not considered defects. Every piece is unique, and slight differences from photos shown online are expected.

Solid marble products are heavy and intended for stationary placement. Marwood assumes no responsibility for damage incurred if the product is moved after safe delivery. Please confirm the final placement location before installation.

Products must be inspected immediately upon delivery. A continuous, unbroken unboxing video is mandatory for any damage or wrong-item claim — claims will not be processed without verifiable video proof. No claims will be entertained once a product has been used.

Returns are accepted only for a valid reason, specifically:

• The wrong item was received, or
• The item was damaged in transit.

Change of mind is not a valid reason for return. Approved claims are resolved through exchange or store credit rather than a cash refund. Marwood covers the return shipping cost for approved claims. All claims must include the unboxing video and be reported promptly upon delivery.

We welcome wholesale and bulk order inquiries, including from interior designers and businesses. Contact us directly to discuss pricing and terms for bulk purchases.

Marwood's responsibility for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for damage occurring after the product has been accepted and signed for at delivery, except where such damage results from our own negligence.

All content on our website and marketing materials — including images, product designs, and text — is the property of Marwood and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

We collect personal information (such as your name, contact details, and delivery address) solely to process your order and communicate with you about it. We do not sell or share your information with third parties beyond what's necessary to fulfill your order.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Punjab.
